Cancel Anytime
AISTRYX subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial
The AISTRYX free trial provides 7 days of full access at no cost. No payment information is required to start a trial. Since the trial is free, no refund is applicable. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your access will simply expire.
Annual Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new annual subscription purchases.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Stripe customer portal (link provided in your purchase confirmation email)
- Emailing us at support@aistryx.tech
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@aistryx.tech with:
- Your order email address
- Your license key (or partial key)
- The reason for your refund request (optional, helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the Refund Period
After the applicable refund period (14 days for new subscriptions, 7 days for renewals), refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
License Revocation
Upon refund approval, your license key will be revoked and can no longer be used to activate the Software. Any existing activations will be deactivated.
